NEXUS works to reduce barriers across its content, services and experiences. Our approach covers digital accessibility, visit preparation, assistance and the physical accommodations confirmed for each activation.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as a working reference for digital audits and improvements. Formal conformance will only be claimed after documented verification.
Do you have a specific need? Let us know before your visit so the team can assess your request and tell you which solutions are available. A request does not automatically confirm an accommodation; the team will respond according to the solutions actually available.
On-site accessibility services will be published by status once each venue’s accessibility, the providers and the operational plan have been validated.
