Question 1

What is NEXUS?

Accepted Answer

NEXUS is not just a trade show: it is a phygital infrastructure active 365 days a year, whose events are moments of convergence. NEXUS is a cross-sector business ecosystem connecting companies, buyers, investors, institutions, federations, media and territories across LIVING, MOTION, STYLE and TECH. The Founding Season 2026–2027 combines business moments, content, activations and NEXUS 365.

Question 2

What is the Founding Season 2026–2027?

Accepted Answer

The right access depends on your role and objective. Journeys may include Visitor Access, Pro Access, Business + Lunch, Buyer Bridge or Investor Bridge, subject to availability and published conditions. Buyer and Investor are two separate journeys.

Question 8

Are B2B meetings guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. NEXUS facilitates matching and meeting requests. Meetings depend on relevance, availability and acceptance by both parties.

Accepted Answer

Question 10

How do I become an exhibitor?

Accepted Answer

Qualification starts from your business objective: demonstration, sourcing, distribution, market entry, lead generation, partnership, visibility or another need. The team then proposes the appropriate activation, format, surface and location.

Question 11

How are locations priced?

Accepted Answer

The current price grid distinguishes commercial zones D, C, B and A at MAD 1,900, 2,100, 2,300 and 2,500 excl. tax/m². These commercial zones must not be confused with the universes, sectors or letters of former physical plans.

Question 12

Does the m² price include stand construction?

Accepted Answer

No, unless the contract explicitly says so. Zone pricing covers surface/location; construction, fit-out, technical services and options are separate, depending on the offer and the contract.

Question 13

What is the difference between a sponsor and a partner?

Accepted Answer

Sponsorship builds a brand activation around objectives, audiences, experience, content, business, digital and measurement. A partnership rests on a defined exchange: GIVEN → RECEIVED → COST → VALUE → KPI → DURATION → OWNER.

Question 14

Does a sponsor automatically receive a keynote or panel?

Accepted Answer

No. Keynotes and panels remain subject to Programme Direction editorial approval. Validated sponsored formats are separate.

Question 15

How can I propose a talk?

Accepted Answer

You can submit a proposal. An application or proposal is not a confirmation. The topic, format and speaker are assessed by the Programme Direction.

Question 16

Accepted Answer

The reference flow is: PROFILE → NEED → OFFER → MATCH → REQUEST → MEETING → QR CONTACT → CRM → NEXT ACTION → REPORT.
