NEXUS is building a responsibility approach based on measurable objectives, verifiable data and continuous improvement. Our priority is to reduce impacts at source, engage suppliers and partners, measure results and publish only what can be demonstrated.
NEXUS Responsible Impact — measure before claiming, reduce before offsetting, document before communicating.
The Founding Season is a framework for implementation and learning. Environmental, social and economic objectives are tracked through indicators, with scope, measurement period and level of evidence stated when results are published.

Reduce avoidable consumables, encourage reuse and build responsible criteria into purchasing.
Prevent, sort and track waste streams; measure the quantities and the channels actually used.
Track consumption, pursue energy efficiency and document the origin of energy when the information is available.
Reduce travel-related impacts through information, shared transport and mobility solutions that are available and confirmed.
Where relevant, include criteria on proximity, quality, traceability, production conditions and delivery capacity.
Take into account accessibility, stakeholders, economic benefits and legacy beyond the event.
No KPI is displayed as a result until its method, owner, source and verification date are documented.
NEXUS may draw on the principles of responsible event management, including ISO 20121:2024, and on recognised emissions measurement frameworks. This reference describes a methodological orientation: it does not constitute a certification.
The NEXUS GREEN / SMART / AGILE / SAFE Matrix is an applied research framework under testing. It is not presented as a validated theory, standard or certification.
Public commitments can only be activated once they are translated into specifications, contracts, responsibilities, data to be provided and control criteria. A supplier’s intention is not proof of performance.
