Prime Synergy Group processes personal data required to operate NEXUS Expo & Summit and NEXUS 365. Depending on the journey used, this may include professional contact details, organisation, job title, country, preferences, business objectives, meeting requests, content/event interactions, badge/QR data, communications and technical service-use data.
Purposes may include registration and access management; commercial qualification; exhibitor, sponsor and partner management; programme and contributor preparation; Buyer/Investor/Seller introductions; meeting requests; CRM follow-up and next actions; operational communications; newsletters and marketing where authorised; security; analytics and service improvement.
NEXUS 365 may suggest matches based on profile, needs and offers. Matching facilitates discovery but does not guarantee an accepted meeting, lead, sale, funding or investment.
Data is accessible only to authorised teams and, where necessary, service providers acting for documented purposes. Recipient categories, processors and international transfers must be maintained internally and reflected publicly where required.
Data is retained only for periods proportionate to its purpose and applicable obligations.
Under Moroccan Law 09-08, data subjects have rights including access, rectification and objection, subject to legal conditions.
To exercise these rights, write to marketing@primesynergy.ma or send a letter to the Prime Synergy Group registered office shown in the legal notice, stating the purpose of your request.
NEXUS implements appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data, without guaranteeing absolute security.
This policy is versioned and may evolve with NEXUS 365 services, providers and applicable obligations.
